The invoice register provides a number of report formats based on agency or direct bill invoices. There are a number of different category sort options and detail levels depending on the reporting needs.

Before You Begin
Use the filters below for 06-01-2015 to 01-31-2016. Adjust the date range or date type as desired.
Access to the invoice register is controlled through by the Other -> Security System -> A/R -> Invoice Register -> View setting.
Process
The total invoiced premium for your agency can be broken down by company, ordered from highest to lowest.
- Select Company -> Invoice Register -> Company Summary Sorted by Premium .
- Select Report By -> Company.
- Select Start Date -> 06/01/2015.
- Select End Date -> 01/31/2016.
- Select Date Type… -> GL Dates.
- By default, Sort By -> Number is selected. (The default output will sort by company code.)
- Select Sort By -> Inv Amt, % of Total to order your companies by premium (largest to smallest).
- Select Preview.
