• You authorize Agency Systems to debit your checking account for outstanding invoices for services rendered.
• Your payments will be made automatically on or the next business day following the fifteenth (15th) of the month.
• Your proof of payment will appear on your bank statements as Matrix Software, Inc.
• The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization.
