Overview
The report below will output a list of all contacts and contact email addresses for all inactive clients in Agency Systems. Inactive Prospects are included, however that step can be skipped if desired.
See Report: Client Query Wizard for additional details.
Process
- Select Client -> Client Query.
- Select General Client Query. Select Next.
- Select Additional Filters.
- Un-check Exclude inactive clients. Select Ok.
- Select Next, then Next on the sort method screen.
- Select Output Format -> Comma Separated File (CSV). Select Next.
- Select the desired save location, and enter a file name. Select Save.
- Once the file is saved, minimize Agency Systems and open the exported CSV file.
- Highlight the Alpha column. (NOTE: This will be column B)
- Select Sort & Filter -> Custom Sort.
- Select Expand the selection, then Sort...
- Select Column -> Sort By -> Alpha. Verify My data has headers is checked, and select OK.
- The spreadsheet will be sorted by the Alpha column.
- All inactive clients will have a * in front of the Alpha code. (Example: *THOJAC)
- Any active clients will have a standard Alpha Code without the leading *.
- Delete all active clients from the spreadsheet.
To remove multiple contacts for the remaining inactive clients from the CSV file, See: Report: Client Query Wizard: Remove Multiple Contacts From CSV.
