Agency Systems Software Subscription Code

Agency Systems is licensed to you by Matrix Software, Inc. on a subscription basis.

Ten days in advance of that subscription expiring, your system will prompt you to request a renewal code.

Please follow the instructions provided on the screen to request a new code by either selecting Email, or Print to fax the request.

There is no penalty for requesting the code immediately.  Renewal code extensions are based off of the expiration date, not the entry/request date. 

• Only one user in an office needs to submit the request.
• After a request has been submitted, select Okay after launching Agency Systems to bypass the request screen until a new code is issued.
• Subscription code requests are returned through e-mail to the user who issued the request.
