All Forms
Many global configuration options are combined within a single All Forms... menu.
Printed Form Dates
The printed form dates option controls which date is displayed on each ACORD form.
- Use date on form: Default option, which will continue to mirror prior behavior and print the saved form date visible on the ACORD form.
- Always use current date, unless policy is expired: When a form is printed/emailed, the date will automatically show the current date, as long as one of the policies is active.
- Use current date when printed from MyInsuranceDashboard, unless expired: Only forms generated by MID will automatically show the current date.
Schedule Window Size
Increasing the Schedule Window Size will adjust the text and field display size for schedule entry fields such as drivers, vehicles, properties and equipment.
NY ID Config
See: New York Driver ID Card Configuration.
Print Font
Adjusting the Print Font and color will modify any printed, previewed, or emailed forms.
Only the editable data will be modified. For example, changing the color to blue leaves the form template text unchanged.
Configure
Individual forms can be hidden from the list of available forms. In addition some forms contain static text with no data which can be prevented from printing.
Select the desired form and select Configure.
Choose to show/hide the form on the forms list and if pages with no data should be printed.
To hide groups of forms, such as state-specific forms, see the section above.
