Agency Systems is licensed to you by Matrix Software, Inc. on a subscription basis.
Ten days in advance of that subscription code expiring, your system will prompt you to request a renewal code.
There is no penalty for requesting the code immediately. Renewal code extensions are based off of the expiration date, not the entry/request date.
Please follow the instructions provided on the screen to request a new code by either selecting Email, or Print to fax the request.
- Only one user in an office needs to submit the request.
- After a request has been submitted, select Okay after launching Agency Systems to bypass the request screen until a new code is issued.
- Subscription code requests are returned through e-mail to the user who issued the request.
