Scope of the Problem

You receive the error message "The RPC Server is unavailable" after closing Agency Systems, or printing a label using the DYMO print button.

Resolution

The error occurs if the DYMO productivity software installed on the local machine is out of date. Simply update the software to the latest version, and the error will not occur.
