Stamps.com Integration (legacy)
The integration allows for the user to select Send to Stamps.com from the client profile screen as well as the additional interest profile menu. This will pass through the address information from Agency System to the installed Stamps.com software interface.
Requirements
The Agency Systems user must have an access level of 9 to access the Global Settings menu.
The Stamps.com software must be installed on the workstation and the user must have an active stamps.com account. http://www.stamps.com/download/
Enable and Use Integration
- From Agency Systems Select Other -> Client Explorer Options -> Global Settings.
- Check Enable Stamps.com. This setting is global, and does not require action on each workstation.
- Restart Agency Systems.
- Select the the mailbox icon in the client toolbar between the client address, and contact list on the basic tab.
- Complete the steps necessary in the Stamps.com software interface.
Other Integration Options
You can also open the additional interest profile menu and select Send to Stamps.com.
