Agency Systems Software Subscription Code

Agency Systems is licensed to you by Matrix Software, Inc. on a subscription basis. The software subscription is paid with recurring monthly support invoices. The recurring support invoices can be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer.

Ten days in advance of that subscription expiring, your system will prompt you to request a renewal code.

Please follow the instructions provided on the screen to request a new code by either selecting Email, or Print to fax the request.

There is no penalty for requesting the code immediately.  Renewal code extensions are based off of the expiration date, not the entry/request date. 

• Only one user in an office needs to submit the request.
• After a request has been submitted, select Okay after launching Agency Systems to bypass the request screen until a new code is issued.
• Subscription code requests are returned through e-mail to the user who issued the request.

Setup EFT For Recurring Support Invoices

Agency Systems offers the Electronic Fund Transfer as an alternate method for paying your recurring support invoices. It is easy to sign up, saves time and postage, and best of all, it’s free! Just fill out the form below, and send it along a voided check.

• You authorize Agency Systems to debit your checking account for outstanding invoices for services rendered.
• Your payments will be made automatically on or the next business day following the fifteenth (15th) of the month.
• Your proof of payment will appear on your next bank statement, billed as Matrix Software, Inc..
• The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization.
